Below are the many roles and ways that you as an individual or organization can get involved. There are opportunities for everyone and if you do not see what fits your needs please contact us at info@VetsMeetVets.org and let us know how you would like to assist.
Once you have read over the roles below we request that you Register and get the process started!
Individual Volunteer Opportunities:
- Volunteer
Assist our team at networking sessions or events (many possible roles to play).
- City Captain
Be the facilitator for networking sessions or events that happen in you city or town.
- Area Coordinator
Create connections in new regions, create networking sessions, locate funding sources, create events, create relationships with providers, media interviews, etc.
- Event Coordinator
Create local community builder events or fund raising events.
- Fund Raising Captain
Make requests of individuals and organizations to provide resources and financial support.
- Coach
Take on a one-to-one with a Veteran or Family member to create action steps to keep them moving forward in a positive direction towards what is important in their lives.
- Coach Trainer
Conduct our coach training series to prepare and engage new coaches.
- Homeless Veteran Liaison
Connect our homeless Veterans to the resources at the VA and other service providers.
- Individual Supporter
Stay anonymous and behind the scenes, yet know that you are making a difference.

Organizational Opportunities:
- Partner with us to create community builder events
Very common for those organizations that work with Veterans to join forces with us to create a larger impact for the Veterans in the area.
- Sponsor our community builder events
Those organizations that do not normally support our Veterans now have the opportunity to work with both our Active Duty Veterans and Past Duty Veterans in many ways.
- Provide connections to needed resources
- Financial Supporter

Specific to our Community Builder Events:
We need to hear from the Veterans that would like to attend as well as the community leaders that would like to join us in this very important cause. We also need to hear from the service providers and organizations in the area that would like to be there for our Veterans. Gifts or Donations will be used to create events that will leave the Veterans feeling appreciated. Those wanting to mentor in a one-on-one fashion with a Veteran or Family Member should inquire about our Coaching Program.
